Leading the public information strategy for stakeholder involvement in the highway interchange and bridge reconstruction in downtown Colorado Springs. Bachman pr facilitates public participation, communications and consensus-building services for the preliminary design, procurement and construction phases of the project.

CDOT 6th Avenue Bridges Design-Build.

Bachman pr was part of the Construction Management Services Team providing Public Information oversight of the contractor for communicating design plans and day-to-day construction impacts for the replacement of six bridges over I-25/6th Avenue.  The bridges for this project traversed the metro interstate highway, Platte River, BNSF Railroad, and various major streets.

A 1.5 mile, multi-jurisdictional corridor connecting two historic districts, Bachman pr lead the public process for the 3-year project.  Bachman pr worked with elected officials on the economic revitalization study involving roadway realignment and reconfiguration, creek relocation, bridge reconstruction and connection of the Midland Trail.  As a result of this project, Lisa Bachman now serves as an ongoing member of the Construction Management and Service team providing oversight of the public information program for the contractor.

Infrastructure, multi-modal transportation and revitalization study for the four-mile creek and trail, Bachman pr guided the adoption of a Facilities Master Plan for improvements and land use changes through 2050.  A wide variety of services were involved in this project including public, stakeholder, property owner and elected official involvement, facilitation, general communication and media relations.
